Who Taught you Hate?

My brother and sisters of the diaspora for to long we have been walking around blind. For too long we have being walking past our problems without even looking at it in the eyes as if we are trying to avoid a homeless man on the streets, for too long we have been getting our lives taken away from us carelessly by mobs and authority figures

My brothers and sisters we was released from slavery just to be captured and enslaved under other means, we have been set free just to have our man taken from our household changing our family structure, we have been set free just to have our communities burn and the people within them leech, we have been set free just to have Jim Crow remind us at every public and private establishment that we are not good enough, we have been set free just to learn our slavers history and not our own, we have been set free just to be told that our people never contributed to the American society, we have been set free just to be believe that Africans never had a civilization of there own, we have been set free just to be told that our hair is too curly and lips are too big, we have been set free just to be told that our skin is to dark and our hips to wide,

My brother and sisters……….. Love Your Self!!!
